I REQUESTED TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AND SHE TREATED THEM LIKE.......?? SHE ILLEGALLY REFUSED MANY TIMES TO TRANSFER PRESCRIPTION AND THATS ILLEGAL. Rude lady (with Indian accent) answers the phone. She doesn’t know customer service at all. She gave zero fs about my problem or my prescription. Do better.
I just moved to Jefferson City, so I called up to have our prescriptions transferred. About a week later , I called to ask for one of my prescriptions, I was told to hold, when actually I was never placed on hold, I could hear clanking and banging sounds in the background as well as some conversation (Hippa?)
