If I could give this company negative I would have done it. All procedures till you’re in a door are ok problem is with the paperwork and the lady being rude. I’ve been a trucker for a while and I know how to seat and wait but this lady is something else. I’ve been waiting in the truck for the whole time and she calls and says that needs the door for someone else as if I was there because I wanted, told her that I was waiting for their call or text as instructed and she said that if I was listening I should have know.
