Constantly harassed by security driving around in their little car. You park where they tell you when it’s all packed when you arrive they come back trying to fight you banging on your door saying “do we have a problem”. Then when you go to finish a break just so happened to be the only one there parked when it’s empty finishing a break they bang on my door again claiming the drivers “are complaining”(highly unlikely). Security is friendly. Unloading is bad checked in at 03:10 for a 03:30 appt. Docked by 03:30 got lumper bill of $581 at 11:30 and still waiting on bills. As long as Capstone is here I will reject all future loads to this facility. Reviews say they have overnight parking but if you read the security check in sheet it says no breaks on property

Todo el proceso al llegar y estacionar me fue bien y el guardia de seguridad muy amable mi cita era para las 6am y a la 1pico me dieron puerta, como a la h me empezaron a descargar y después de 2h me llamaron y me dieron los papeles me cobraron el lumper y cuando me dieron los papeles no me recibieron la carga porque dicen que la temperatura no estaba bien cuando mi rifle siempre estuvo en 52 continuo , ojo con este lugar y les expliqué que tuve otro stop anterior y este era el segundo y el último y miren si algo no estaba b... read more

This is such a rubbish place. They took 6hours to just unload the trailer and they are so unprofessional. They dont care at all for the drivers. This is the worst experience i ever had.
