Another place that could be better if they didn’t have capstone. They went to lunch on me so nobody never called me saying my paperwork was ready. If I didn’t walk back into the office who knows how long I’ve would’ve been sitting there
Nice people work here. My appt was7:30am. They called me for a door at 4am. I had my paperwork in hand by 8:30am. They have overnight parking. I would come here again.
parking available, simple process. guard shack friendly typical capstone.. take that as you will. but...... it's 2025. lumper fees aren't a driver issue. this needs to be worked out between shippers,Receivers and brokers themselves. drivers should not be involved. nor necessary to fulfill payment. not our bill, not our money,not our freight , not our problem. 10 hour unload time
Every other warehouse should take example. Super nice staff, and having a staging area is a huge bonus. Checked in 6am at guard shack for a 7.30app, 7.15 and I'm already in a dock door and turned in paperwork at the office.
