Terrible customer service. They told me my prescription they couldn’t fill because it had been printed with a different pharmacy. I called that pharmacy to transfer the prescription and was told cvs needed to call. So I called cvs to ask them to do so. The lady was hateful and already knew she could do that. Theo was so very helpful and kind. He went the extra mile to make sure our pharmacy med transfer went smoothly and had our meds ready to be picked up on time. He is a true asset to CVS.
CVS was,blaming my doctor, lack of availability for my migraine like headache pills for4 days because of their inept ability to fill it!! When I called & complained it surprisingly was filled! NEVER USING CVS AGAIN!!
