Theo was very rude and unprofessional. I had to return a prescription which he told me would be covered under my insurance over the phone. He proceeded to tell me 3 times (while I’m in line and other customers are around) how I shouldn’t have made the mistake of going through with the transaction. He didn’t want to have to go through with returning the prescription. And that he “wishes” I wouldn't have made that mistake. This pharmacy constantly has issues with insurance and often charges the wrong amount. The staff makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong just for asking questions. I even waited 45 minutes, only to be told to contact my doctor and send my prescription to another pharmacy. The pharmacist in charge was not helpful at all. Overall, a very frustrating experience.”

I have always had excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wait time varies by day or time. Never too long.
