The Employees at the CVS location inside Schnucks on Arsenal in St.Louis are the best! I switched to CVS from Walgreens about a year and a half ago, not only did the staff take the initiative to have all of my prescriptions transferred for me, but did so with such professionalism and kindness. Pharmacist is especially helpful; the techs are always nice and helpful too. Sometimes it can get busy and there may be a wait, but I have never had a bad experience. I transferred all of my scripts here from Walgreens Southwest and Kings and could not be happier with the service I am receiving from this CVS.

CVS won't take phone calls at any of their locations, but say they will return the call. I have automotive issues. I tried that once, but nobody called back. I imagine CVS wants to maximize shareholder equity by having as few staff as possible, & overwork them as much as possible. Customer service doesn't seem to be a part of CVS's mission statement. :-(

They’re fine until you have a question or they have a question that needs to be answered by your doctor. Then you have to go in to talk to them because it’s not possible to talk to anyone on the phone. Their voicemail system is set up to reject all calls by sending you into a never ending loop. I only use this place because it’s close to my house. I don’t understand how you can operate a pharmacy that doesn’t take phone calls.
