Schnettler Builders provided us with a beautiful, well built, solid home. Bill Schnettler was responsive to all our needs and requests. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none.The follow up has been fantastic. He is always so agreeable to answering all of our questions since we moved in. I cannot recommend Schnettler Builders highly enough!!!

After exploring several options, we selected Schnettler Custom Builders to build our custom home. It was a great decision. The design, quality and attention to detail were fantastic! Furthermore, Bill, Jason and Lynn were easy to work with, met our closing deadline, and were very responsive -- in fact, the Saturday morning after we moved in we had a minor issue, so I texted Bill & Jason at 6:04am, figuring I'd hear back later Saturday or early Monday morning; Bill responded at 6:20am and stopped over immediately. We recently purchased a Schnettler Custom Home and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the build is amazing and their attention to detail is what really sets this builder apart from others we have seen. This was a home that had already been built so prior to our move-in we asked for a few upgrades and changes and they were absolutely the best to work with.
