We went to visit family and it took forever for them to open the door. They also left our family member in soiled pants for 2 hours. Maybe you need to hire more personnel.
I would like to give a shout out for nurse, Laura at Schnepp Senior Care. Today I called to advocate for our Mother who was just moved from Alma Hospital to Schnepp's for rehab. We didn't feel our Mom, who has severe Dementia had proper safety measures put in place and had spoken to several nurses and Today I made a call to the nurses station and was told Laura would assist me.
