Our loved one was supposed to be sent here from the hospital. We got there to sign his admission paperwork and they told us they couldn't take him because a nurse at the hospital claimed he hit her. They offered no help, no options. Nothing. Alma hospital tricked us into discharging him to go home because this nursing home backed out and hospital didn't want to keep him any longer while they waited for another nursing home because he was beligerent and difficult.
