Terrible. As a General Contractor I've had more call backs on this company then any other ever. The biggest issue is them using the excuse of "Got to order a part" when I've had other HVAC companies go out and fix their stuff in a matter of minutes. We learned our lesson the hard way.
Didn’t have them come out but has one live right across the street from me and he hit my brand new car and puncture a hole in it and blatantly admitted to accidentally hitting my car cause he wasn’t paying any attention since I’m 18 I can’t drive a rental car and the mechanic advised me not to drive it and so I no longer have a car I can drive too and from work so what am I supposed to do?
