I went to Dr Schnell after 3 other DR office visits for the same condition. I was so desperate and was looking for another eye Dr. I Found him online. The staff was very nice. Dr Schnell was very nice and performed the eye exam with a very soft touch. Very good bedside manner. Everything went well. My eye issue was resolved as soon I have left his office. I was very happy that I have found him. will recommend him anytime.

I've been a patient over five years and I get the best of care. The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. So he gets five stars from me.

I have known of Dr. Schnell for about 30 years. He has always been a top notch eye specialist and when I working in the medical field our office only referred to Dr, Schnell because of his reputation, bedside manner with his patients and his office staff. If Dr. Schnell has another Dr. who could have treated this condition and they didn’t take your insurance this is in no way a reflection on the quality of care he gives, and to suggest otherwise is ridiculous.

Dr. Schnell is an old school physician who practices with a soft touch. His office runs efficiently and is convenient to Jupiter Medical Center. This is not a large corporately-run medical chain with a dozen MDs on staff where a patient can get lost in the shuffle. His years of experience pay off, as he has probably seen every type of eye ailment known to man. I have been his patient for 2 years. If he continues to do well I will raise my score from 4 to 5 on a future review.

I am a health care provider and Dr Schnell has been my choice for 3 decades. He and his staff provide a professional and welcoming environment capable of managing routine as well as emergency care, both of which I've experienced over the years. He has a pleasant bedside manner and provides state of the art care. I would recommend him to a friend or family member without hesitation.

Advertises cataract removal but not so. I told person who made appointment that surgery was reason for visit and that my optometrist had recommended this. At no point during filling out 5 pages of paperwork, 2 intense eye exams and explanation of procedure did anyone mention that due to arthritis (almost 70 years old) Dr. Schnell no longer performed surgery. He claimed he was required by law to charge a co-pay even though visit was pointless and I had to start all over again with another Doctor.
