I have been a client at Hear Sarnia for a few years now and have always had excellent service. Over the long weekend one of my hearing aids stopped working so I dropped in to the clinic since it’s so convenient in the north end of Sarnia and within minutes it was repaired and I was on my way! Jonathan and Amanda run a great Clinic!
I had an amazing experience here. The customer service is outstanding! Melissa and Jon are very caring and excellent at what they do. It was a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door and they carefully explained everything before they treated me. I won’t ever go anywhere else. What a lovely clinic to visit! Can’t recommend enough. Thank you for helping me on such short notice.
The staff are very approachable. They are a great source of information and helped me be able to determine the direction of a sounds source for the first time in my life.

Such a kind and helpful experience! I stopped by without an appointment and he took the time to fix some hearing aids for me,completely free of charge. He was so polite and genuine, didn’t rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience at all. You can tell he truly cares about helping people. Honestly one of the nicest professionals I’ve come across. Highly recommend
