I recently became a customer of Hear Sarnia. I was previously with Connect Hearing but lost faith in the service. To me a hearing aid company should be all about service. Not only when initially buying your hearing aids but over their lifetime. I immediately found Hear Sarnia to be focused on service. From Amanda at the front desk to all aspects of tuning and repairing my hearing aids. Hear Sarnia also offers ear cleaning which my previous supplier did not. Appointment was easy to book. Receptionist was kind and made the experience easy. The audiologist was kind, knowledgeable and fast. Highly highly recommend.
What an amazing place! Staff is welcoming and very knowledgable. Jon takes his time with patients and explains everything about your hearing aids. Amanda, the receptionist, is highly efficient and very friendly, always having a fresh cup of coffee waiting for me at every appointment. Service is very profesional and I would highly reommend Hear Sarnia to anyone in need of quality hearing support.
