Two painful treatments for my kid. For some reason he was struggling to apply anesthesia. My kid told that he had to make 5-8 shots? What was supposed to be a minor surface caries ended up with root canal treatment a year later. Drilling too much? He did not mention any potential issues after the treatment. In general the service feels rushed, uncomfortable to discuss any questions. Also hard to find an appointment to make a treatment faster. He was ok for milk teeth, but when it comes to adult ones, go somewhere else.
Dr. Schneidman should not be allowed to treat patients. My 12-year old daughter lost her permanent tooth (not a baby tooth) because he drilled too deep when repairing the cavity. It was a traumatizing experience.
After discovering that my son had a major procedure done when it wasn’t necessary has completely shattered my faith in dentistry too. The secretary is rude as anything and it seems it doesn’t get better than that beyond her desk. I thought they were fantastic (dentist/assistant) until I got the rude awakening! Please, everyone, get a second and maybe even third opinion before they touch your children’s teeth :(

I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care provided by Rhonda, the dentist assistant, during our recent visit. Her warmth, patience, and professional demeanor were truly remarkable, especially in how she interacted with my 5-year-old daughter.
