Ivan was great. Answered all my questions and concerns. He did a great maintenance job was very good about cleaning and testing my furnace.

I always have a really good experience when any of the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning service technicians come to perform maintenance on my hvac system. They arrive on time, are very knowledgeable and professional, and take great care to maintain cleanliness at all times. I would definitely recommend this company!

Schneiders installed the wrong size ac/heat pump unit in my home. They gave me a 2.5 ton unit instead of a 3 ton unit. They never measured my home's square footage and they downgraded me from my previous 3 ton unit to a 2.5 unit. Schneiders admitted they installed the wrong sized unit and said they were going to give me a credit and that they would install the correct sized unit. However, they delayed the installation of the correct sized unit for weeks and instead visited my house an additional 4-6 times to check my airflow... read more
Did some work for me years ago and they are a top notch company very professional and I would recommend them to anyone!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING SOUTHEAST AIR. HARD TO FIND A COMPANY THAT HAS ETHICS LIKE YOU DO THESE DAY!!!
Worst experience with a business I have ever had. Unethical and vindictive. Stay away and tell anyone you know to stay away!
