The customer care is very good and prompt. I'm just disappointed that the furniture had so many flaws and needed to be returned to adjust the upholstery.
Did all nightstand pick up here. The attendant was super courteous and even loaded it in the car. In and out in a couple of minutes.
The sales person was courteous and knowledgeable. He was very responsive in returning my calls or texts when I had questions. There were a couple minor issues with the delivery of the items, but they were addressed and taken care of quickly.
They sell Walmart quality furniture at a premium price. Sectional lasted 8 months and they were of zero assistance other than “we will fix a button” even when we bought their “protection plan”. They refused a refund but since quality is so poor I’m more than happy to throw into trash and never purchase from them again. The quality is that bad! I got bamboozled. Spend a bit extra and go over to Gabberts or Room & Board to buy quality furniture that will last.
