The sales person was courteous and knowledgeable. He was very responsive in returning my calls or texts when I had questions. There were a couple minor issues with the delivery of the items, but they were addressed and taken care of quickly.
They sell Walmart quality furniture at a premium price. Sectional lasted 8 months and they were of zero assistance other than “we will fix a button” even when we bought their “protection plan”. They refused a refund but since quality is so poor I’m more than happy to throw into trash and never purchase from them again. The quality is that bad! I got bamboozled. Spend a bit extra and go over to Gabberts or Room & Board to buy quality furniture that will last.

Kate, the sales person was terrific. The leather sectional was a piece of junk. I purchased all of the warranties that were available At the time of purchase, but when the arm broke in less than six months, it appears it’s made out of Very thin plywood and I’m told cardboard and covered with a very expensive leather. Schneiderman’s has offered to repair it in their shop But I explained that I didn’t want a piece of furniture that was only going to last six months.
