Worst customer service I have ever had. Will not do business with Schneiderman again. I wish I could send this with no stars but it won’t let me.
We bought a very expensive leather sectional 6 years ago . This past weekend one of the sections was not working . Of the three buttons ( head back and legs ) only the head would move at all . I called customer care and was told that the insurance we had bought expired after 5 years . I was also told they did not have any furniture techs that would travel to our home which is 1 1/2 hours away from Duluth . They had been happy to deliver it here but now not service it . Our delivery team arrived on time within the window ( 8:00 -10:00 am) we were given. They were already at work by 8:15. The two men were very efficient, considerate and careful. They asked us questions and worked quickly and carefully. They were scrupulously neat and tidy. Pleasant and very polite. A great team. Couldn’t have received better service. Our sales associate was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Excellent service! Schneiderman’s staff reached out to reorder a table for us. The original table was damaged by accident and is being replaced under the insurance. We are grateful for their help.
