We started with a great salesman named James Evans. We purchased 7 beds for a new cabin. We were unhappy with the king Beautyrest Black bed and after having difficulty with the management, we were finally able to get a replacement for the first bed. (It honestly felt like someone has been sleeping in - it felt "broken in"". We were able to get a replacement for free because measurements deemed "defective".)
