Poor customer communication. Spoke with Paul Fernandez about a case intake, as well as others at the San Francisco location. No follow ups, no communication.
Well, I got to say, I am disappointed on how this worked out. I got a text and a email from this law firm saying they were no longer going to represent me because of a lack of communication. But I have sent them unreturned emails and I have left them unreturned voicemails.
