Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was actively pushed to drop my current attorney after being led to believe this firm would take my case. They repeatedly insisted and begged for an intake, dragged the process out for months, and then had the audacity to dismiss me over a text message. No phone call. No explanation. No professionalism.
