I had a dwi case and was refererred to them for an appeal. Once they were paid there was very little communication or follow up about my case. Ended up being just a written appeal and had they communicated they would have had more information. I am a 100% disabled veteran and they just want to shake you down for as much money as they can. I talked with them about continuing the appeal process but again why?
