I feel like Bryan Schneider had a lot of nerve. He offered to help me with my No-Fault payment issue but kept ignoring my concerns and acted annoyed that No-Fault kept calling him. It’s my insurance, not the other side’s, so he had no reason to be upset. When I couldn’t join a Zoom call because I was moving, he acted like I was the problem.
