Terrible disability lawyers. I have fibromyalgia, and part of it is constant loss of my voice. They refused to let me contact anyone by email/text, etc. The lawyer seemed bored and disinterested at my hearing, and they said they agreed with the judges decision to deny. I reapplied on my own and was approved in half the time this terrible law firm full of terrible people spent getting me a denial.
My records were a mess. I sent an email after every single appointment with the Dr's information, what we discussed and the next step. It's just that with the constant changing of staff, no one was familiar with my file, the email for me to submit documents was always changing without any notice. I would send an email and maybe someone would reply that I now had the wrong person because they are new and sit at that desk now and they didn't know who I should talk to but more often than not, I got no response at all. I used Schneider several years ago before we could post reviews online. He didn't help me at all, AND tried to charge me even though it was supposed to be free unless settled? I didn't pay.
