I got a call back quickly. The attorney was very kind and patient with me while I was going thru a hard time explaining my situation. She gave me all the information that I needed with respect. Do yourself a favor and go here first. I wish I had.
So far not the best experience. Started out nice but when my wild mind started asking questions I was refused service by a rude agent and had to call back just to get a polite one. Two stars because the second guy was decent. To the business, you handle possibly disabled clients, teach more empathy.
