Dr Schneider is a good Dr and needs a staff that matches him. His office staff does not seem to care about the elderly in our community & are so condescending. Remember time catches us all & you NURSE will need someone to care for you!!
I love going to see the staff, and the doctor!! He is very pleasant and professional, I always have had a great experience with this office If you need a appointment it is easy to get in and get any kind of help you need. Best dr I have had. 5 star
Dr Schneider had been me and my husbands doctor for over 30years! He is amazing. He takes his time with us and looks at us and LISTENS to us if we know something is wrong!! Our children also go to him. He is a great doctor. Jan his receptionist is great too she has been there as long as we have been going there.
Just tried to call for an appointment, waited on the phone a little over 10 minutes and hung up. Called back was asked to hold "again" and started to say "no I will call back", "BUT" I was interrupted and told "well, there is three people ahead of you and click I was put on hold. So I hung up. Very RUDE lady, not how you handle a patient call. This person should never be allowed to answer the phone. Just to let you know no music is played while on the phone waiting so no idea if you've been hung up on or not.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Schneider for over 30 years. He is one of the most professional and knowledgeable doctors I have every been to. He takes time to listen and I don’t feel like he is rushing me. I don’t think I have every had to wait over 30 minutes to see him. I had to change doctors because of my insurance for about a year and decided I would change back to whatever insurance I need to be able to got back to Dr. Schneider. T
Dr Schneider has been our family's Dr. for over 10 yrs. He is kind, courteous, and sweet. Also, great bedside manners. Listens to all the details of our ailments and takes good care of us. We love him for the great care he has given my mother and I.
Dr. Schneider has always been extremely caring, patient, and capable. In the 11 years that my wife and I have been seeing him, he has never disappointed us. His experience in treating seniors has resulted in only the best care, and I have to assume that his younger patients also get this level of care. This praise also extends to his office staff, all of whom are efficient and knowledgeable.
I've been a patient of Dr. Schneider's for nearly 40 years. He's thorough, professional and a fantastic physician. His office staff is pleasant and very patient oriented. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider.
