Appreciate the training and factory tour hosted here. Staff was fantastic and the whole plant looked great. Loved watching everything being built and how the whole process goes.
They want you to spend all your time at the plant (12 hour shifts) so you have no time to spend the OT money, go to school, be with family. It’s all done on purpose to keep you at that company and not able to move on and better yourself in life.
