This is an uncultured environment. As a new hire there were no assigned trainees to help me. My first day there to work, the shift lead did not know I was coming in to start. The break room is alright but there aren’t any water bottles to purchase nor any plastic ware . But all together Schneider Electric is unorganized. No unique authenticity about it.
