We hired Schnieder to conduct a whole house reno in 2022. Overall, a very positive experience. Both Jen and Brian are professiaonal and responsive and they truly listen to their clients. We had rough patches primarily tied to a tight labor market and this caused our project to fall slightly behind schedule but what impressed me, is even when we applied pressure to pick up the pace, they never allowed quality to slip. We would recommend them and hire them on future projects.
We had a fabulous experience building our home with Schneider Construction. They truly made our dreams come to life from the design to the finishing touches. We knew what we wanted, but not how to achieve it. Jen studied our Pinterest posts and directed us to choices that would produce our unique style. I'm a mortgage lender in town and have worked with the Schneider Construction team for many years! They have always been very easy to work with. They're detailed and organized and put out a great product. I've never heard of a client complaint and have only ever heard good things from the clients they work with. Schnieder Construction did an exterior remodeling on the Northwest Agricultural Consultants building in Kennewick and what a transformation. They were professional on time and amazing in every aspect. They made the whole experience like a dream. The only company in Tri-Cities I would ever recommend turning to for commercial or residential work. Honest, and reliable.
