I seldom quibble over how I’m treated. Rather I mostly vote with my feet; wallet. But the blatant lie and attitude from this “Service” department deserve comment. I called the dealership because they are a Featherlite Trailer Dealer. I was all set to buy a 24’ model. However, before I could pull it I had to have a gooseneck hitch installed on my truck.
