Absolutely horrible experience. From the beginning, dealing with this company was a nightmare. Getting anything done and done correctly was a constant struggle. Now, two years later, not only am I still facing issues, but so are many of my neighbors. The quality of the work is incredibly poor and feels rushed and cheap. It’s clear they cut corners everywhere they could. I genuinely regret buying a place built by them. If I could go back and choose differently, I would in a heartbeat.

Do not use Schneider Building Company LLC. They are not a reliable company and will not respond to you if you have issues with your home. They installed my mini-split incorrectly, and I haven't had heat or AC since September 2023. They have been no help at all in trying to fix the issue. They claimed it's out of warranty, but the condenser fan was installed incorrectly, causing many problems with the mini-splits, and now I have to replace all four units for $16k. Horrible building company. Everything is made cheap and quick. There are so many little details that were rushed and they clearly did not care. Had multiple issues where I needed to contact them within my warranty, but no one ever contacts you back. Have had ACs leak and electrical boxes not work. Reached out in June, still have not heard back! Very unprofessional and would not recommend hiring for a build.
