It's nice that Home Depot offers trailer parking, because it is hard to park vehicles with trailers in lots with all normal spots. Then some supervisor at Schneider that hasn't lifted a hammer their whole life ruins it for the with their entitled parking. It was a Sunday morning and there were plenty of open spots even closer too.

If they drive as bad as they work. No wonder they have bad reviews. Don’t care for people safety and just ran a red light and almost hit me.

Wish we would have looked at the reviews before considering a purchase of their new construction in Central Park on 36th Ave. The builder has not completed activities that were required as part of our closing, they have the worst project managers, and we have waited for people to come to the home to finish the projects with no shows on multiple occasions. They have no concerns for other folks and apparently only work from 10 to 3 pm. Do not consider a home with these folks as it will be a nightmare, guaranteed. Specifically ... read more

Absolutely horrible experience. From the beginning, dealing with this company was a nightmare. Getting anything done and done correctly was a constant struggle. Now, two years later, not only am I still facing issues, but so are many of my neighbors. The quality of the work is incredibly poor and feels rushed and cheap. It’s clear they cut corners everywhere they could. I genuinely regret buying a place built by them. If I could go back and choose differently, I would in a heartbeat.
