Just had my second visit to Schneider Autohaus and I am very satisfied with the work completed. I have an R53 Mini Cooper S that’s going 21 years strong and I’m always hesitant to bring her to a new shop. However, the two visits to Schneider Autohaus have been wonderful - the technicians are very capable and knowledgeable, with timely resolution to the service. Very professional and time commitments were kept. Will return when next service is required
We called at the last minute while we were from out of town visiting, and they got us right in to take a look at our BMW diesel wagon. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, and had it t fixed later in the day! They also found some items that need attention, but could be done at a later date. Everyone was very nice, and som many cool cars there! I would definitely recommend them.
Great service and communication. I went to them for an 2nd opinion on a seemingly very expensive repair. They thought outside the box and found a better solution that was fair and reasonable. Honest folks here. I’m thrilled with the results!
