I bought an international semi truck all eight drive tire were recap after a week or two the APU stopped working I schedule an appointment with them in Utah location. I went there and spent the whole day. They diagnosed it and saying that they’re waiting for the approval. They were not able to get the approval on that day so I had to leave they had to close the location after a week, they email us saying that they got the approval. Have laundry room parking lot over crowded and steering wheel holders park right in front of your truck and they go to sleep and won't answer when you knock at the door next they just park anywhere and everywhere in the way .. can't get to the vacuums because they want to park in front of them.. this is why and what trains them to do the same thing at truck stops and rest areas ...DO BETTER SCHNEIDER.... Maintenence department just stands around chatting like a bunch of school girls. No wonder we cant get our trucks worked in for PM services. They said theyre at capacity and to schedule ahead for oil change. Literally no one working.
