Kind of disappointed in this place my wife missed a appointment and has been denied to come back
Ten out of ten do not recommend. They have dismissed as a 17 year old pregnant teen because she missed two appointments one was definitely due to them not telling us ultrasounds are at another door. So we came and didn’t make it to that door in time ( 15 minutes late) literally 15 minutes. Definitely do not care about a teen that is 30 weeks pregnant with no doctor now.
Their front-desk staff is completely incapable of doing their job. I called to schedule an appointment, and at first I was told I couldn’t because I already had an appointment with a doctor I do not want to see. I was specifically trying to come here because everyone talks about how good the doctor is. After canceling my previous appointment—just like they told me to do—and calling back, they suddenly said they couldn’t see me at all.
