The staff was great the Dr on the other hand needs to go back to school he is not a professional he sucks. Had to go else we're to get alot better care.

Worst front office experience ever!! I made an appointment at the Scottsburg office and when I show up for my appointment, the office is closed. They never called (or changed voicemail) to notify of the office closure and I had to reschedule for a week later. When I showed up for my appointment, they tell me that the doctor I'm scheduled with only practices at the Seymour office.
