I absolutely love Melanie McGlothlin. She is compassionate, and caring, and takes time to talk to her patient's. We need more providers like her.
Had a doctor’s appointment today at 1pm and looked at the door where there is a sign stating they are unable to see members due to water outage. I was not received any courtesy call or email regarding this and wasted my work lunch hour/PTO. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Good thing I can retrieve my PTO back.
Had to go here for a pre-employment drug screen. Everyone on the staff was nice and the visit was relatively fast.
Don't count on this office to call you back ever. Medicine was changed, ended up in ER. Still waiting on a response from these people. You can do better for a family practice. Keep searching.
Thanks so much for your Staff in Salem, Indiana! Helping get records for my daughter and her son, setting up times for them to be seen and the help getting them situated in a new practice. Then the patience, kindness and professionalism was outstanding! Great, Great office!!
