Very knowledgable on appliances.
Terrible customer service! The guy who answered the phone literally hung up when he “didn’t even know where the town we live” was. Truly disgusting to think that this is the type of person who is answering phone calls and representing the business. Would most definitely not recommend this rude company to anyone. Response to owner below: You're right! That is what a company SHOULD say to a customer. Unfortunately, no such thing was said when that phone call was made. Just rude and unprofessional.
I have used Rick and Schneck Appliance Services over the years for the rental units I manage. He has always been extremely responsive and knowledgeable in regards to the repairs I have needed. I have also called upon him for advice when purchasing appliances. I would highly recommend using his services.He is quick to call me back and arrives in a timely manner. I can trust him when dealing with my tenants.
This guy breaks as much as he fixes, He won't fix what he breaks. He says it is the manufacturrs fault because they build junk. "If you want it fixed make the manufacturer fix it" Don't use him for anything. The second service man we had said he could ? make a good living just fixing Schenck's mistakes".
