Semi-helpful, hardly hardware, let alone plant folks. Weird vibes from the whole staff as I asked about perlite. (Not to mention they acted like they never heard of it and why would I be asking about it in a hardware store) Every male staff member doesn’t need to come be on standby looking like you want to tackle someone who’s just making a purchase. It was just soil, guys. Relax.
My first time in was today. I called to see if they had what i was looking for. The girl said they did. I drove in and guess what, they did not have it. I guess its too much work to walk 3 isles away from the phone and actually check.
BRAVO and a big shout out to Kelly and Brock. I don't know how it happened but my master key got smushed. I'm locked out! Panic is not far behind! All night locked out what shall I do. I was close to an Ace hardware, and raced in trying to beat their 7:00 p.m. close time. Kelly was smiling, reassuring as she called Brock over. WOW. My weed trimmer broke and went on line. then after an hour went to my local Ace in Gettysburg. Schmuck Lumber. Great service and all fixed up in 5 minutes. The store is great and offers everything.
