Very rude and ignorant staff. Would not recommend using for any service. The delivered my lumber and it was as crooked as the Clintons. When I asked them about the dog legs that were delivered to me they said it is what it is and if I wanted to exchange them I needed to bring them back myself. I paid them to deliver them to me because I did t have the means transport them. What great customer service. The name says it all they are just a bunch of SCHMUCKS!!!
The list is endless at this point. The worst service I have ever experienced...and they flat out told a lie...and i have witnesses to prove it, I will always recommend against using this business.
I delivered 9 bundles of 2x4x16' lumber 4 hours there yard manager was the most ignorant person I met in 30 years of trucking and when I walked inside and asked who was the manager all sales people looked at each other very disorganized
I can't say anything about the Hanover store, but found the Gettysburg store great and convenient while living in that area. Staff was very helpful.
