Terri has been my counselor for awhile now and my experience has been absolutely positive. She's patient, she's very empathetic and she's direct but super kind about it. If you're looking for a counselor to talk through and process issues with, she's a great choice.
I highly recommend this counselor. I've been to multiple mental health facilities and never really felt like I was being heard. Ms. Schmitz has helped me work through a lot of trauma in a compassionate and patient way. Very professional, very supportive, and very helpful. Completely recommend!
