There new worker at the desk refused to get me an apt when I asked when the next opening time and date was, all she could tell me was she can't and she will have someone call me. No one ever called me and I had to rush to the lavaca clinic to be seen bc of what was going on bc I kindly asked her when the next apt was she refused to look her words were I can't.
