Asked them to switch my LED light bulbs into the new headlight assembly when they replaced it. After getting the car back I noticed that one side had the LED and the other had a halogen bulb. Stopped back in and asked if they still had the LED they took out and I could just swap it myself. Got told I would get a call from the owner when he returned. Never heard anything from them.
Tom and Nancy are great people and will do what they can to work with you. Most recently I had a simple need to adjust one of my headlights that was replaced incorrectly by another business that claimed that was the best that they could do. Tom and Nancy squeezed me in and worked with my schedule. Not only did they fix my headlight but they also did not overcharge me for the service. I've done business with Tom and Nancy a handful of times over the years and the quality of work is always exceptional.
