My wife and I want to thank the great people at Schmitty's Plumbing for taking great care of a family member recently. My wife's elderly aunt had trouble with a water heater at her redmond home recently. When she called arround to get help she got a lot of jargon hassle very high bids and that left her confused. Luckily she called Schmitty's Plumbing and from the 1st call she felt like she was being taken care of. They kept it simple, arrived same day and patiently explained the options to her. Wow, a breathe of fresh air, this company is awesome! I asked for and received multiple bids from plumbers. Schmitty's came out and just fixed my issues in 30 minutes on site, no bid was necessary, get it done mentality, they were prepared and just handled it. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prepared, etc, they were fantastic! Highway robbers. I asked about their rates on the phone and she said "$199 for the visit and then we'll see what's needed." The job ended up needing 2 leaky spots tightened: the trap under a sink and the drain spout under the toilet tank. That and a faucet replaced. He was here for less than one hour. The guy charged me $500. My advice: Do NOT hire Schmitty's Plumbing.
