Wow, a breathe of fresh air, this company is awesome! I asked for and received multiple bids from plumbers. Schmitty's came out and just fixed my issues in 30 minutes on site, no bid was necessary, get it done mentality, they were prepared and just handled it. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prepared, etc, they were fantastic! Highway robbers. I asked about their rates on the phone and she said "$199 for the visit and then we'll see what's needed." The job ended up needing 2 leaky spots tightened: the trap under a sink and the drain spout under the toilet tank. That and a faucet replaced. He was here for less than one hour. The guy charged me $500. My advice: Do NOT hire Schmitty's Plumbing.
