Fantastic experience with Josh and Team. We spoke with other companies and felt the most comfortable working with Schmitt Waterproofing (in fact we cancelled appointments with other vendors after speaking to Schmitt). Josh gave us an honest assessment, no high pressure sales tactics you come to expect from the large companies in town. We were treated like family and this is why I love working with small businesses. Great experience overall.
Josh, Bri, Drew and Gio all made our experience absolutely perfect. From the first conversation to the finishing of the job, the team was professional, courteous, prompt and they did an incredible job installing our french drains and leveling our backyard.
