I deal with Schmitt Title a lot. But not as most do. I'm a subcontractor that sometimes gets paid by a title company. It can sometimes with other title companies be a struggle, but not with Amy. I work with Amy almost every time. She is the kindest, most cheerful, funny, and understanding person I've worked with. Schmitt Title may be one of the best to work with for the customer, but Schmitt Title and Amy are the best for me(the subcontractor)! Thank you Amy. You're the best!
