People in the store were nice and welcoming. But I wasn't informed when my daughter's flute was ready from an online order so I had to reach out to them. Walked in with money ready to buy a piano for my wife. The man at the cashiers desk didn't look up or acknowledge I was there. The girl at the front desk glanced up but didn't ask if I needed any help. Very disappointed.
