People in the store were nice and welcoming. But I wasn't informed when my daughter's flute was ready from an online order so I had to reach out to them. My neighbor did not have this issue, to be fair. Then there was an issue with accidentally double-buying a music book. Trying to get the return for it was a frustrating process. Walked in with money ready to buy a piano for my wife. The man at the cashiers desk didn't look up or acknowledge I was there. The girl at the front desk glanced up but didn't ask if I needed any help. Very disappointed.
