Selection is fantastic and service was first class. Came in to get my son’s trumpet ready for band and they were very helpful.
They offered me a great deal on a Buffet R13 and also set up getting a few minor adjustments done for free at a different location so I could walk away with it on the spot. The staff clearly had my interests in mind. Very pleased.
Just stopped in to make a purchase.....was there at least 10 minutes, 3 employees there just talking behind the desk. Shouldn't have to ask for help when there was only one other customer there who was also not acknowledged. Good customer service is everything.....I'll take my business somewhere else where they actually want my business.

So sorry to hear about this. You should have been greeted and helped. I have called and talked to my staff. You are right good service is everything. I will have a meeting with my staff to make sure that this doesn't happen again.
I'm honestly disappointed. I dropped off my daughter's instrument to be repaired. Called the repair shop on 2 seperate occassions and was told that they didn't have the instrument. After 10 days I called again. My instrument never left the store. I wasn't even offered an apology. So, in addition to the base time I was given when I dropped the instrument off of 7-10 business days, instead it's more like 14-21 days. Won't be bringing it back to Schmitt Music again.
You rock I couldn't be in the elementary band with out you guys!
