Beware! Never have I encountered such a rude unprofessional receptionist and have had a friend say they went through similar situation..After being a customer for a year i will no longer use them.. after telling them my sons instrument was not picked up at the end of the school year like i asked she said well we dont keep track of who needs instruments picked up so I guess we will just bill you for the whole thing and send it to collections? Very nice staff good product!
Son needed to sign up for band for the 6 grade. And Emily was terrible. Rude, unhelpful, used coercion due to us not being able to use our own Sax that we own. Instead we need to rent it because ours didn’t fit HER (Emily) need. Don’t send this lady to schools or to make phone calls. No professional etiquette on HER part at all.
