I recently had my tile floors cleaned and was really impressed with the service. The representative was very responsive from my first call. They set up an appointment to provide a quote and even sent a reminder the day before. I received a text when they were on their way to my home, which was great customer service! Schmitt Brothers Carpet Care did an amazing job cleaning two of our couches! They looked brand new afterward. They had availability and were the most affordable option in Marlborough. I reached out again to have them clean a different couch made from Pottery Barn performance fabric, which is designed to resist stains. They came out quickly and did a thorough job. we recently had our carpets and rugs cleaned. nathan was extremely professional and very helpful throughout the process. i wanted my rugs back before a holiday, and he honestly explained how busy they were and how many rugs they were working on. i truly value that kind of honesty instead of unrealistic promises. not only did they finish the rugs in time, but they also assisted us with additional cleaning needs!

We recently had our first carpet cleaning with Schmitt Brothers Carpet Care, and it was outstanding. Gage, the technician who came to clean our carpets, made our bedroom carpet look brand new again. I really wish I had taken before and after photos! He was very prompt and flexible with my request to clean a different room than I had initially planned. I can't believe the amazing job he did—the carpet hasn't looked this good since it was first installed. I'm excited to reach out for their services again in the future!
