Extremely disappointed!!! Corners were cut, blame was passed to someone else, and I was ignored after they got their money. When you know the insurance company is going to pay no matter what you do why not do a sub par job They performed work without my authorization and no accountability when I asked why it was done, just “I don’t know”. Eventually they said well it was deemed a safety issue so they couldn’t let it leave with out them doing it the work.
