This guy railroaded me big time!!!! He never had a viable defense strategy for my case!!! He and the other prosecutor coerced me into an unthinkable plea deal! What was I to do ??? He kept saying I was facing Life so I did it anyway . He took my $ and left me to do 7 years !!! Do not trust this guy.. you'd be better off representing yourself!!!!trust me!

James Schmidt should offer a free “Born to Lose” tattoo voucher for future clients. He screwed up my case, doesn’t return phone calls after getting retainer. Save yourself a lot of money and misery by finding another attorney. It will cost me at least $10,000 to undo the damage Attorney James Schmier caused.
