I wish there was a 0 star option. In the 7 years I’ve worked with Jenny, I wish I’d never agreed to work with her in the first place. In the end, she ended up being a snake in the grass. She took the side of an abusive parent and was prepared to commit perjury, on his behalf, without even seeing or learning of the abuse that occurred from the perspective of the child or the other parent. Nobody wants to be in a situation of needing a GAL or the stress of family issues. When the court order Jennifer as the GAL I was not sure what to expect. I’m a teacher and have a caring personality in nature so I was a little shocked to meet Jennifer for the first time. She was very to the point and professional in her strategies and questions. Ethically sound and bound by facts. Mrs. Bjelland took an honest assessment of what the court appointed her to do. She was able to see past the fake veneer and stay professional even when verbally attacked by my ex in multiple threatening emails. Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of inter family dynamics is highly respected. I reccomend Mrs. Bjelland whole heartedly.

Ms. Bjelland is one of the most unethical, dishonest, money-hungry people I have ever dealt with. She committed perjury on the stand twice in my proceedings, falsified her bills, didn't follow-up timely, didn't work if she didn't get her full retainer paid in full. She has no business being any child's GAL. She is easily intimidated by forceful attorneys and changes her recommendations 12th hour.
