Very nice and inviting. She is down to earth and is not going to sugar coat things for you but will get her job done and make sure her client (s) are taken care of due to what is fair. Going through a custody/placement battle with my son's father and my anxiety and knowing I have to stand in front of a judge in regards to what is best for my son I was having nervous break downs.
