I have to say from my point of view I have nothing but admiration for this team. Ken was matter of fact, but also took time to take me out the back and show me the size of the trailer that I would purchasing once the service on the ride-on was done. He then organised for the mower to be picked up for a major service as I had only just purchased it second hand. Lisa was both charming and very efficient when she came to pick up the ride-on. Fantastic mob to deal with, got a full service on my 11 year old yard pro ride on, fairdinkum like a new mower. Highly recomend
Horrible service! Bought a Victa mower from these guys and had nothing but troubles. Terrible customer service! Had the mower over 12 weeks! Felt like they're trying to stretch out warranty claim. Will never go there again!!!
