Horrible service! Bought a Victa mower from these guys and had nothing but troubles. Terrible customer service! Had the mower over 12 weeks! Felt like they're trying to stretch out warranty claim. Will never go there again!!!
Great to deal with and very knowledgeable staff
Purchased a TS142 from this place. It is the biggest lemon rubbish thing I have had the mis fortune purchasing. Belts fall off, pieces of the lawn tractor fall off. You have to wear boxing gloves to deal with the dealer that claims his perfect in perfect dervice is the best. Husqvarna USED to make good things but this POS is the last Husqvarna I ever purchase. Bought a mulcher today and the service was brilliant, a real pleasure to do business with the 3 staff I interacted with. I couldn't recommend Schmidt's highly enough. The low review makes no sense to me.
