Do not use this company. Very unprofessional rude. Lots of drama going on in company pushes towards customers with excuse messed up my order waiting months,,, other orders messed up missing,,, .........go elsewhere where they'll accept responsibility be professional,,,,this is NOT the place
I had Schmidt’s install a low iron clear glass system in Dec 2025 and May of 2026 my son noticed a chip on the top of the door. The installer said this was polished indicating it came that way. Their answer is sorry new policy, if you don’t catch a scratch or chip with in 2 day sorry for your luck. Not exactly what I would call customer service.
These guys saved my butt. I made a stupid mistake, locked myself out of my house, and had to break a window (or rather the locksmith decided that). It was a double pane window in a door; which (after I had my phone back and researched a bit) I realized was one of the worst windows I could've broken. I was worried I was going to have to replace the door itself. Fortunately, these guys had a replacement window ready to go and got me all fixed up the same day I called within hours.
