Clean. Fridge was broken and I had to clean up condensation all in the bottom of the fridge but that was fine. Pool had soooo many chemicals but didnt stop us from swimming. Chill hotel. Not upscale but gets the job done.
I’m staying here with my toddler, absolutely fantastic experience. It checks all of the boxes where it matters the most 1. Location- literally 3 minutes from the lakeside beach area and Lake of the Ozarks State Park 2. Service - the staff is incredible and personable, Jessica especially helped me a lot and even gave me some tips since this was my first time traveling alone with my one year old 3. Comfort of beds and cleanliness - overall clean, rooms smell nice when we came in and the beds are very comfortable.
Asked for extra towels and the maid did not speak nor understand English.
The hotel was clean with the exception being the floors. My white socks were black from the dirty floors. The beds were the worst in any hotel I have ever rented. The beds were so bad we could not sleep so we packed up our child and left about 1:00 AM. We could not find another place to stay locally so we had to drive over four hours to find a place to sleep.
