AC and Anthony were very professional and hands on. Kept me informed on every step of the process. My car is like new. Highly recommend them
I had my car repaired at Schmidt's today and the service was nothing short of superb. You can't put a price tag on good customer service. The staff was friendly and professional. I was given a 9:00am appointment and as soon I pulled in Jake was right behind me. I needed a tail light and front grille replaced and I was told to leave the car for the day. Amended Review: I brought my car in to have new weather stripping installed that I had bought from eBay. It turns out that the parts were defectively made in Pakistan and Schmidts installed them which turns out to have been a disaster. I wish they would have discovered them to have been defective and not installed them. However, in fairness, they had to install them to find out their being bad parts. These guys did a great job on repairing the front end of my car after an accident! They took care of all of the back and forth with my insurance company too, resulting in the best possible outcome! I would definitely choose them again!
